Writes through to "No. of Columns (Poles)" in the Pole tab - no separate pole-count field. Need more than 2? Set it directly there.

Support
Total wind load is split evenly across all columns.
Add pole transition (steps down to a smaller pipe)
Below the transition height: the Base support size (full moment at grade, same as without a transition). Above it: a smaller Transition support size, sized off the moment measured from the transition point up (shorter lever arm). Pier sizing is unaffected — it's still based on the full load at grade. Ported from the original worksheet's "Pylon with Transition Pipe" method.
Wind Load
Sign Shape: Rectangular. Projected wind area = Width × Height. Set shape from Cabinet 1's own pane in the Cabinets tab.
Jurisdiction/exposure-dependent (ASCE 7 basic wind speed + exposure category). Enter the job address (with ZIP) in the hub top bar to suggest a starting value for Houston/Dallas/Fort Worth/Austin/San Antonio — always verify before permit.
Cabinet 1 — Size & Position
Monument style by default — HAGL is locked to Cabinet Height (sign sits at grade). Click the lock button for an elevated/pylon sign — this also unlocks the Pole Cover/Monument Base tab (a flush sign has no gap for either to occupy).

When off, the drawing shows the sign as a plain block instead.
Face Material & Trim
Grid ⓘ
Equal split (rows)
Row dividers are automatic (based on # Rows). Check a row as full width to remove its column divider(s) — e.g. a full-span directory row above/below rows split by tenant.
Soil
IBC presumptive default is typically 100–200 psf/ft of depth — verify against geotech report or local presumptive table when available.
Compare a second soil bearing value
Shows required embedment depth under this second soil assumption too, at the same pier diameter — useful for comparing a conservative vs. optimistic bearing value before a geotech report is in hand. Doesn't change the pole size or pier diameter picked above.

Tenant Panel Schedule
Panel size is the same in every position on each axis. White = opening, magenta = behind trim.

Reference estimate only, based on the shop's standard non-engineered footing worksheet (IBC 1807.3.2.1 embedment formula, allowable-stress column sizing). Not a substitute for a stamped engineering package — confirm with the project engineer before permit submittal, and flag any depth over 6'-0" for extra permit/inspection review.
